Start to let go of the past inorder to allow new, fresh inspiring energy in.
Begin with grounding, using deep breathing into your Tanden (abdomen) and this will prepare you for releasing anything that no longer serves you. This will be the beginning of process of letting go of anything that is blocking or stopping you at a subconscious level.
As you let go of the old energy, this can change your habits, behaviour and actions. In line with the Law of Attraction, as your energy changes, you can attract new possibilities and opportunities into your life.
